Well I've a problem, and soo yea. In short I am having this problem, AND now going to the funny thing about this and that is I've never had this problem before And Yes I am sure I can run DirectX 11, Even higher Even when I dont have the specs for it and get 40 frams per seccond I am stil able to run Directx 11 with other NEWER games so Whats Going on Some old Software coding or bug looping.
